Our Beginners Yoga Course offer a guided approach, teaching you all the key fundamentals of Yoga and how to practice safely, correctly and progress at the same time.

Each class builds in a progressive approach and by the end of the 5 lesson course you will have learnt the main Yoga poses and have established a Yoga practice.

1. BEGINNERS YOGA - PART 1:
First of a series of classes learning how to practice the fundamental poses of Yoga correctly and safely. Improves, posture, flexibility & strength, balance, coordination and general fitness.

2. BEGINNERS YOGA - PART 2:
Second of a series of classes learning how to practice the fundamental poses of Yoga. Improves general fitness, concentration, flexibility and balance.

3. BEGINNERS YOGA - PART 3:
Third class of a series of classes learning how to practice the fundamental poses of Yoga correctly and safely. Builds on former classes. Improves, posture, flexibility & strength, balance, coordination and general fitness.

4. BEGINNERS YOGA - PART 4:
Fourth of a series of classes learning how to practice the fundamental poses of Yoga correctly and safely. Builds on former classes. Improves, posture, flexibility & strength, balance, coordination and general fitness.

5. BEGINNERS YOGA - PART 5:
Yoga Breathing. Learn how to practice the full Yogic breath utilising the full capacity of the lungs. A systematic approach on how to breathe deeply and completely. Improves oxygen levels in the blood stream and focuses the mind.
