Starting on January 15, HMYC will be running a Super Summer timetable, with classes and workshops for all levels and abilities, including a special Chakra workshop to get you re-aligned and energised for the New Year ahead!

Freedom for the lower body…
Taken by Shimon, this special class will focus on opening the hips and groins and how to practice some 'Happy Hip Poses'. Through this the student can access some of the most classical Yoga asanas and gain a sense of freedom in the hips and torso.

Open to all yoga students from Beginner 2 – Level 2


Discover an oasis of calm…
A special one off session taken by Jacqui on balancing the Chakras (energy centres) through Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. The Chakras are spinning vortex's of energy and are associated with a particular part of the body, a network of nerves, emotions, colours and sounds. By practicing specific asanas on each Chakra and focusing the mind there one is able to harmonise and balance our unique energy system. This helps bring optimum health and mental calm.

Extend your spine and open your heart…
Back bends open the heart, extend the spine and uplift the spirit. They are a panacea for keeping the body and mind youthful and fresh and they develop courage and optimism in the practitioner. This workshop taken by Shimon will guide the practitioner to do exactly that and learn how to practice Backbends deeply and gracefully.

New course structure and pricing
2018 will see the start of a NEW range of Yoga Courses at HMYC. We have streamlined our previous course structure into 4 Core Classes, catering for absolute beginners, right through to advanced Yogis! We're also introducing a NEW intensive Arm Balances training course for advanced students and teachers. Read more at our CLASSES page and find the course best suited to your needs.
