Each class is a different theme working on different parts of the body or specific types of practice.
Some classes are soft, others strong and many in between.

1. ARM BALANCES:
A dynamic practice on how to access Arm balances. Learn not only how to strengthen the arms and open the hips but the techniques required to access these poses. Improves the strength of the arms and shoulders, flexibility in the hips and develops balance and co-ordination skills.

2. ARMS & CORE:
A practice focused on strengthening the arms and core. Lean how to access Chaturanga properly and engage your core. Improves strength in the arms and shoulders and develops strength in the abdomen.

3. BACKBEND POSTURES:
A dynamic practice extending the spine bring heat and energy in the body. Improves cardiovascular health, chest expansion and develop courage & positiveness in the practitioner. An uplifting practice!!

4. BREATH & MOVEMENT (FLOW):
A dynamic practice integrating the breath with the postures and utilising the Ujjayi breath. Improves all over flexibility, generates heat and energy in the body and focuses the mind.

5. FORWARD BENDS::
A practice focusing on bending from the hips utilising the hamstrings, abductor muscles and groins. Improves hamstring flexibility and one’s ability to bend from the hips.

6. GENERAL YOGA CLASS 1:
A well-rounded practice including Dog Pose sequence, half Sun Salutations and chest opening poses. Improves all over flexibility and strength. 

7. GENERAL YOGA CLASS 2:
A well-rounded practice including Dog Pose sequence, half Sun Salutations and chest opening poses. Improves all over flexibility and strength.

8. HIP OPENING POSTURES: 
A practice focused on opening the hips, groins, and pelvis. Improves circulation, flexibility, and range of movement in the hips, legs and back.

9.  LONG HOLD POSTURES:
A practice focused on staying in the poses for extended timings. Improves flexibility and encourages endurance and a steady mind.

10. MENS YOGA CLASS:
A practice designed for male students utilising strength and flexibility. Improves strength in the arms and legs and flexibility in the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders.

11. RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS 1:
A practice that utilises gentle supported Yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques. Improves one’s relaxation responses and promotes a quiet mind and a relaxed body.

12. RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS 2:
A practice that utilises gentle supported Yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques. Improves one’s relaxation responses and promotes a quiet mind and a relaxed body.

13. SEATED POSTURES:
A practice focused on sitting postures. Improves flexibility in the hips, knees, ankles and hamstrings. Practice encourages an introspective quality.

14. SHOULDERS POSTURES 1: 
An introductory class focused on learning how to open the shoulders, arms and chest. Improves shoulder and arm flexibility, chest expansion and thoracic opening.

15. SHOULDERS POSTURES 2: 
An intermediate class focused on opening and strengthening the shoulders, arms and chest. Improves shoulder and arm flexibility and strength, chest expansion and thoracic opening.

16. STANDING POSES FROM DOG POSE: 
A dynamic practice implementing Standing postures from Dog Pose. Improves mind and body connection, physical fitness and a sense of lightness and grace in the body.

17. STANDING POSTURES: 
A strong and grounding practice learning how to refine standing postures.  Improves leg strength, balance, hips flexibility and develops stability and endurance.

18. TWISTING POSTURES: 
A class focused on twisting the whole spine and torso with standing and seated asanas. Improves spine and back flexibility, massages the internal organs and brings elasticity to the hips.

19. WOMENS YOGA CLASS 1: 
An introductory practice designed for female students supporting health of the pelvic organs, strength, and flexibility in the body. Improves health of the organs, muscles and bone strength and balances hormonal secretion. Suitable for women in menses, pregnancy and menopause.

20. WOMENS YOGA CLASS 2: 
An introductory practice designed for female students supporting health of the pelvic organs, strength, and flexibility in the body. Improves health of the organs, muscles and bone strength and balances hormonal secretion. Suitable for women in menses, pregnancy and menopause.
