Prenatal Yoga

Yoga is a perfect practice for women and the many different stages she goes through her life. From menstruation to pregnancy, post-pregnancy and menopause, this special class will embrace these stages and look at specific yoga practices so that our bodies function in optimum condition. This yoga class is ideal for pregnant women.


Prenatal Yoga (Relax + Renew)

All are welcome to this class, however, it's especially beneficial for women in the different cycles of menstruation, pregnancy and menopause. This class is a panacea for developing a harmonious relationship between mind, body and spirit.

An ‘easy does it’ class using supportive poses to open up various parts of the body, enhance respiration, digestion, circulation and steadiness of mind. Jacqui is a highly experienced prenatal instructor.
